Application
The cooking oil purification system is made up of two parts, one is press filter, another is machine LY-R.
1 Press Filter: It is mainly used to separate the impurities and water from the oil. It is suitable for filtering the cooking oil well. There is filtering media, such as filtering paper or filtering fuse, installed between the plastic filter board and filter plate that will be fixed to form a single filtering room under the pressure of the packing device. The filtering paper or filtering fuse packed between the filter board and filter plate will play a role of filtering. It's characterized by removing the big impurities in the cooking oil well
2 Series LY-R which add a regeneration device is special for purifying all kinds of cooking oil such as the frying oil, and heat treatment oil and so on.. this machine can not only rapidly remove water, gas and impurities from oil, but also remove the free carbon, deep oxides, acid, pitch. So it can highly boost the oil’s value, the machine can remove large quantity water in water, it is suitable for the oil which includes so much water. And the machine can be efficient for remove the tiny impurities well.
